How to get entrance via the rear seats to open trunk

Need to replace battery, trunk key lock has been ruined and cannot use key, so how do I remove rear seat(s) to gain entrance to trunk?

On my Mercedes E320, You just had to pull up real hard in front bottom of seat. Yours may be bolted down under carpet. Worth a try.
