battery dies every three days

What is killing my battery I have Aa 2000 Mercedes.clk everything works good I just
don't know what going on with. My battery and the battery is new

Check the belts first anytime your car battery will not charge. I have had this problems with many automobiles mainly due to sterio systems but this could very well be your problem. I usually just get the fan belt replaced so the alternator will turn correctly to charge the car and the problem stops.
