How can I fix my tail light issue?

My cars left turning signal works as it should.  My right turning signal works
as it should unless I apply the brakes, then it stays solid, not flashing.  
When I release the brake it resumes working correctly.  I have also recently
realized my hazards do not work properly either.  My hazards will light up
on the right first then both try to work then they just both stop.  I have tried
changing bulbs to no avail. I have also checked my mini fuses for hazard
lights an turning signal lights.  Thank you for your time.
