Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Ok so I'm gonna be getting me a new car soon and i might get my sisters Mazda tribute i only want it because it's a
v6 and it's 4 doors and I have a 4cyl 2 door coupe and I wand wondering if I end up not getting my sisters car would
it be a safe move if I got anywhere between a 2004-2007 Mercedes c320 I don't want to spend no more than
$15,000 and I have found a lot of them under 75,000 miles is this safe? I know Mercedes is a very safe and reliable
car i learned how to drive a c300 sport when I got my learners permit so I'm fimular with them and I know
maintenance can be expensive but I know a place that works on them and I find them to be quite reasonable cost
wise I just wanted to know if my mechanic checks it out is it a safe move has anybody ever had problems with this
car it would be a dream come true if I could get this the only thing I can say that I'm not proud that Mercedes has is
comfy seats Im really use to my mothers linclion mks and it's like sitting on a over stuffed sofa it's so plush! And the
Mercedes seats arnt like that oh well just let me know if this is a safe move and I can change my own oil! So I'm not
taking it to the Benz dealer and paying $200-350 for a oil change!
Thank you so much

Yes I am or a BMW 330ci 328i or 325i but I would only get the the Mazda if it's in good shap it's my sisters now but Idk it might not be worth buying from her in the next yr 1/2 so I'm just planning right now! :D but this is a good reliable car?

Benz is a great car, but if you are trying to avoid the really high maintenance cost, try to find one closer to 50,000 miles if you can. I have known several people over the years who got caught with some hefty unexpected repair bills. Not to scare you, just budget some extra money, in case, if you go for a higher mileage car. Think about how much you'll enjoy the car.

Check your bill of sale. Also the plate by the driver door has date of manufacture but it could be listed as a year later when sold. Also any MB dealer can run your VIN number and get history.
