Looking for the after market bluethooth car phone system that is compatable with the std radio in the MBNZ C240 year 2005 model and will communicate with Cingular or T-Mobile phones.

Dear FvL-- I have had mixed reports concerning aftermarket bluetooth installations, however you might find it useful and effective. I would first inquire through your Mercedes dealer. The dealer installed accessory has been available in Europe for several months now and I am told the Mercedes dealers here in the USA now also can install the device aftermarket. You also might look at www.crutchfield.com. They sell several systems in various price ranges that might work for you. Either way, I can guarantee that you will be a safer driver using your bluetooth rather than having a phone stuck in your ear. Good luck from Bovan.
