Vibration felt in floor

Asked by May 17, 2018 at 07:51 AM about the 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 320 4MATIC AWD Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

On my ‘04 MB C320 4matic, I have a vibration when
stopped at a light or under light acceleration. I’ve
replaced both motor mounts and the trans mount,
and it was better for a week. But it’s back, just like
before. If I put it in neutral while at a light and back
into drive the vibration goes away. Making me nuts.
Car just turned 100 k and has been dealer
maintained until I moved to rural Maine- I’m the
second owner, my brother was the first and he also
maintained this per the manual and dealer
recommendation. Thanks
