Try to replace all window washer hoses I have had them to be stopped up and that wouldn't of course let the fluid come out... I hope this works...
If you can reach the sprayer try sliding a small paper clip or something just a little smaller in and out of the hole. Usually stops up right at the end. Also listen and make pump is coming on ; it could be a fuse.
