Headlamps stay on and sometimes flash on and off

Even though I turn lights off manually, the only way they go off is to remove key. Lights turn themselves on and off at will and sometimes flash! No, nothing is on automatic. Do I replace the switch? Has 118K miles on it; bought it new; always garaged, always maintained. Thank you. Car Mitzvah Girl.

Thanks. Wipers, signals, etc. all work fine. Just headlamps flashing. I's a thought though. Girl.
