Asked by Blessed Sep 28, 2018 at 05:51 AM about the 2003 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 240 4MATIC AWD Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay so my boyfriend is an idiot and cut all of the
wires that go to the ecu in my 2003 Mercedes Benz
c240. I need to know if it is fixable. Also how much
am I looking at to fix the wires? Do I need a new
ecu also? Is it even worth fixing? Please help!
Thank you!

you mean your former boyfriend ? The wires are color coded and can be spliced together , they should be soldered and wrapped in a heat sink . There may be re-programming that will need to be done by the dealer
