After battery replacement, the dome lights will not work, panarama roof and shades will not open, auto dim on mirror will not work, garage door opener will not work; so what gives, what do I look for to fix this problem?

I have checked and replaced those fuses, in fact I have checked all the fuses in the 3 fuse panels, all were good. Is there a relay that provides power to the dome module, if so which one? Where can I get a chart of the relays? I have the fuse chart, but it doesn't address the relays.
