Why my 1998 C230 Mercedes won't go over 40mph.?

I have been having sort of the same
problems with my car like stalling /
hesitating,it would cut off every now
and then on the hwy it would be
smooth sailing but from light to stop
sign the roughest ride ever so I got a
full tune up,pull pan changed,new
mass air flow system,coil pack,fuel
filter and 2 other filters that i can't
remember the name of....Help Please

Check for the Sparkplugs that works fine and all cylinders are fired. Check for the Gasket aswell.
