CHECK THE BULBS WITH A CONTINUITY TESTER, CHECK THE FUSSES, CHECK THE SWITCH. IF NOT THE PROBLEM PLZ COMMENT AND WE TAKE IT FROM THERR

If the bulb is working, you can try changing the Turn indicator switch consol as it has the high beam/low beam control as well.
