is there a alternator bearing for a 2007 yaris?

all alternators have a pair of bearings front and rear, they would not be able to help turn physical motion into electrical motion without~

Open up the alternator and write down the brand name & bearing number. Buy another bearing and install it. Plan B is to buy a remanufactured alternator from RockAuto.com.
