How to diagnose why my car won't start

Okay a few days ago I had a new radiator, cooling fan and starter put in my car. These are parts I got off another cavalier. The next day after that I had to jump my battery 3 or 4 times and found my battery terminals were loose so I tightened them. The next day after that I went to the store shut my car off like normal thinking nothing of it... Go out to start my car and it wont start. So checked the battery again the terminals were loose and I seen they were both stripped out so I got a new battery and terminals still wont start. Tried starting from the starter didn't work.... What should I do

Your starter that you purchased may be bad, there is a starter relay may be bad. Do you have spark if not you may need to check your coil packs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5DpsRwHTfo

You say you "had" work done- the people who did the work should be responsible for this- the battery was taken out to replace the radiator- and then they left the battery cables loose- the people responsible don't sound very responsible- or competent-
