Is it possible to swap an automatic transmission for a manual. If so what are all the parts I would need?

The best way is to find a wrecked car with a manual trans and set them side by side to swap it out. That way you have everything you need.

This is a big job. It would be easier and cheaper to sell yours and buy the other one. Manual swaps on newer cars is expensive and takes time, they're usually only done on cars that don't have a manual option. Along with the mechanical changes (tranny install) the dash has to be disassembled to install the correct steering support with the clutch pedal assembly. But what most people forget about is the wiring and computer. Both the underhood and under dash harness have to be replaced along with the computer. You can modify your harness and re-pin the PCM but then you will need to flash or get someone to flash your PCM with the manual info. The only time this swap would be cheap is if you can do all the work yourself. If you still want to proceed try to find a manual donor car of the same year that runs and drives, right off car would work. Then you have everything. But the good news is the manual will fit.
