The 2000 Cavalier Z24 has a 2.4L I4 DOHC 16V FI Engine, no carburetor

Actually the 1990 Cadillac Brougham powered by the Oldsmobile 5.0L V8 LV2 engine was the last carbureted passenger car manufactured for sale in the North the North American market

there are TBI throttle-body injectors that kinda look like carburetors, so that they don't have to put many injectors in there...just one.

well maybe two, in a throttle body configuration, but a 2000 z24 should have multiport fuel injection not a throttle body or carburetor

...stand corrected...have not referred to any documentation, just a little experience....as I recall the adjustable steering wheel assembly just about caused me serious bodily injury on this model~ ....really do love these comfortable rides, tho-
