Disabled Account trying to verify

I am trying to sign into my account so I can verify and upload my new photo
with the verification code I was given but each time I try to sign it, it says my
account has been disabled. What can I do to help fix this?

I uploaded this photo, then got the email explaining to me how to take another photo with the verification code visible. Now that I have done that, I can't even sign into my account to upload the new photo with the code...
