Motor knocking

My blazer started kNocking a week ago  when I
come to a stop my oil pressure drops to 20 then
back up to 40 when I give it gas..I'm not sure what
the problem is any suggestions.

20 to 40 is typical oil pressure for a Chevy. First check your oil level in the engine. Otherwise have a mechanic verify what the knock is.
