Blower motor works. I even used the power cable from harness to resistor and blower motor starts up fine just when pluged in resistor nothing. It is a brand new resistor AC delco.

So you have power to the resistor? but when plugging it into the resistor it does not work? This is a bummer. Now you have to start testing the electrical parts in the system. The AC delco resistor is usually good, any other brand and I would tell you to try another. So I think I would start at the blower motor control switch on the control panel. See if power is going in and out from it.

Yeah figured as much it just baffles me that there is constant power going to the resistor when running is 14.21 volts there is one small wire that is the ground. That's all there is....ugh
