Gas tank replacement and car won't start

I have a 2000 blazer and I just dropped down the gas tank and replaced it. It has a full
tank of gas but afterwards I wiped everything clean, went to start the truck it won't it
start. What am I missing, why won't the truck get gas?

Well my dad is having the problem, I'm trying to figure out what he missed.
