I was driving down the road today and my blazer just quit, it gave me no warning. Now it turns over but it will not crank. I ran a code search on it and the only code I get is p0462. Any ideas

I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer, 4x4, 4.3 vortec. We have changed the coil pack, fuel filter, distributor cap and button, the crank shaft sensor, cam sensor and plug wires as well as the ignition control module. We coming to a stop sign it will stall and sometimes when just sitting still. Sometimes it will start right back up and other times it takes several tries. I also have the oxygen sensor on order and it should be here tomorrow. Fuel pressure tested perfectly. No black smoke, no smell of rotten eggs or the cat glowing red. The only code that comes up is PO420. 4 Answers

My 2002 Chevy Blazer is not starting, Sounds like it is fuel starved. Just filled the tank and got home fine next day it doesnt start. It turns over for a second and then wont stay on on. if i keep trying it sounds more like it isnt getting fuel. I am thinking since I let the tank get low to check m,y milage I may have picked up some gunk in the tank and cloged the line somewhere. Any suggestions on how to go about diagnosing and fixing this? 5 Answers

1989 Chevy Blazer, just had complete service performed 2 weeks ago. For the first time, my "check gages" light came on. I noticed the oil pressure was zero. Never saw this before.
