I changed my thermostat an it still almost
overheating within 5 to 10 min an no heat. Still help

Yes it has radiator cap an reserve tank i took cap off. Reserve tank. An turned truck on shined light in liquid did nothing fresh fliud too

Sounds like you have a severe over heating problem. Try to eliminate causes. Easy stuff first. Check coolant level and check the engine oil for water. If good start the car and when the engine reaches operating temperature turn the heater on high. If the heat is not HOT there is a circulation problem. If the cooling fans are electrical at operating temperature turn the A/C on. The fan(s) should come on. If not right away before it overheats. If it has a mechanical fan, while the engine is off and cool, spin the fan by hand. There should be resistance. The fan should not spin to freely. Also the fan clutch is bad if the car overheats at idle but not when your driving. GL
