Dodge fuel economy

I’ve got a dodge 2500 04 5.7L hemi and I’m getting 8.9 to
9 miles a gallon I’ve put steel bumpers and 3 ply alt tires
on it and that’s all I’ve don’t to it so far and I’m getting
tired of living with the fuel economy on it is there any way
to better my fuel consumption? Plz help!

I am guessing you have stump puller gears. Try a higher gear ratio in the differentials or install an OD unit if you can find one or buy a diesel truck.

What are 3 ply alt tires? You should be running 8 ply or heavier tires on your truck.
