My truck won't move. Tranny issues. I give it the
gas it's like in neutral. Foward or backward.

Make sure transfer case is engaged... Hi or Low doesn't matter. If that doesn't help, either bad trans, transfer case, drive shaft broken, broken diff or axle. Could be a lot of things.

If it's a manual transmission could be the hydraulic assist slave cylinder for the clutch.. You didn't give much information.... auto trans/manual... etc.. etc
