Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've noticed that the belt/belts my 2003 Dodge truck squeal really bad but only when it's
humid. Why is that? And can I fix this myself?

The moisture in the air and a cold worn belt is slipping over the alternator pulley. When the belt warms up, the belt grips. You probably have 120,000 miles on your truck and the belt tensioner is weak. If the belt is old, replace both of them.
