Cylinder drops

Baby accelerator drives fine, push hard on
accelerator cylinder drops, picks back up after
release of accelerator.

Most common is a bad spark plug, breaks down under load, when we're the plugs last replaced? Other things to check would be plug wires, coils outputs, injector spray patterns.
