Won't start

2001 chevy tracker 2.5. V6 bod reader no codes
check engine light stays on after cranking it over
change plugs fuel pump filter cleaned pos sender
throttle body gets spark on all cylinders check the
timing chains ok harmonic balancer fuses it wants
to start fuel rail is full of fuel. Please help

You either have a bad fuel pressure regulator, or leaking fuel injectors. I would start with the Fuel Pressure Regulator.
