Electrical problem

My back right hazard signal/ turn signal don't work.
When I turn on the right turn signal it blinks normal  
a couple of times then it blinks very fast.   I change
the lightbulb. I've also changed my TIPM. It ONLY
works when I push my remote button  to  set the
alarm on my truck.   Plz help....Thanks in advance
