Start by checking for intake leaks, intake gaskets are common caused of multi-cylinder misfiring. If no leak are found the next step is to replace the spark plugs. If the problem persist more tests needs to be done to diagnose problem.
changed plugs, coils, injectors, head gasket, had head cleaned and machined. good compression. Could the computer be an issue since it's only on 2 cylinders thats beside each other
Check the compression in those 2 cylinders since they are side by side. Suspect a problem there. Since you have done head work check also that the rocker arms are opening the valves.
