No, they will not cause any issues with the truck. The only issue your going to have is when you go to buy new tires. They will put a hole in your wallet.
Low profile tires could mean that you bend or break a wheel if you hit a pot hole. If the wheels are heavier than the originals you may have a harsher ride and longer braking distances.
