dodge ram no bus

I have a 04 dodge ram 1500 and i can start it in the morning and everything runs and works fine.  After about 30 minutes of driving the gauges, windshield wipers and AC compressor quits and the lights on the dash come on like the key is in the ACC position but the truck keeps running fine.  I have bought and used instrument cluster and changed it out but it did not work.  anytime i try to start and got that same day it does not work but runs fine, left over night everything starts working again
