2004 Ram front left turn signal - would the relay cause just this signal to fail?

I've replaced the front left turn signal bulb several times and the Lamp Out warning comes back every time in a few days. Wires look good. I've greased the connections on the bulb, etc. No luck Any ideas? No issues with any of the other signals or headlights.

No a relay would not cause this. May have to replace the bulb socket, or check the ground wire.

i have same issue. i did replace the socket and still. the light comes on but wont flash. this LAMP OUT warning is driving me crazy. thanks
