I was putting a new radio into my 03 Ram 1500 and just to make sure the radio worked in it.I must have not protected a couple of the wires all the way and a couple of the wires touched on the back of the radio. after the fact, the courtesy light wont come on when opening the door, and Pretty much all the functions that a vehicle is supposed to perform without turning on the vehicle don't work. and neither does the radio when I hook it up. Yes, i checked all the fuses in my fuse box. I even wen to the point of replacing all of the, even the ones that i thought had nothing to do with the situation. the radio still works because i checked it by putting power to it by directly putting it to the battery. and the fuse didn't pop in the back of the radio when all this happened. so at this point I'm completely lost. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
