engine trouble, need serious help!

Hey everyone!
         I was having a problem with  my 03' ram 1500 with a 4.7 magnum
engine, so i decided to do a tune up by cleaning the throttle body and
changing the plugs. the coils seemed to be just fine (no cracks or damaged,
put in the way i took them out) and then when i turned the truck over it was
running worse than before. Before the tune up, everytime i went to accelerate
the rpm's would drop and then go back up. Now i put the pedal to the floor
and go nowhere fast. and my exhaust sounds completely different and i have
no idea what else to do, please help!!
