2003 ram 1500 5.9 magnum

My 2003 ram 1500 with the 5.9 magnum has little
power to none. If i floor it to get onto the interstate
it will only be up to 60 mph by the time i get on the
interstate. What should i do?

Someone told me to replace the fuel filter because that could be the reason. But the fuel filter is in the tank and i would rather not drop the tank and open it up if i didnt absolutely have to

You should take it to the mechanic because i can take my ram up to 100 with no problem
