i have a 2003 dodge ram 5.7 hemi that wont start

the first issue was it would try to stall out at stops and i would have to hit
the gas for it to go or put truck in nuetral turn it off and start it back up
while driveing i put it on a diagnostics and it came up wiring harness i had
replaced it now my truck will not start and theres only 2 injectors running it
will start but die right after if i put gas in the intake what could be the
problem they think computer
