accelarate. I change out the IAC, TPS, and O2 sensors also
spark plugs and tested coils. Its idling a lot better but still
rough to crank if its warm and accelaration sucks. Idk
whats going on, im womdering if a bad catalatic convertor
could be why it dont like to get up and go..any thoughts??

Yes I could be the converter do this test at night start vehicle and let idle for about 5-15 minutes then take a look underneath the vehicle to see if converter starts to turn cherry red if it does converter is getting clogged.

Is there a check engine lite on? The ECM on these years have an O2 sensor for just this kinda problem. Call a good muffler shop n see if they will check your cat for free. Short of that, you can get one of those laser aimed thermal registers for around $20 n this will leave little to no doubt as to the cat's condition. As a bonus, they're handy for all sortso things. Aim it at the cat up n downstream pipes...rite at the converter. If it's hotter at the downstream side than the upstream side, the cat's good. If both upstream n downstream r the same temp (relatively) then the cat is bad but flowing okay. If the upstream is hotter than downstream, the cat's clogged n bad. Do this test at idle and at around 2000 RPM
Thanks for the tips ill look into checking the converter.
