while crossing high water in a street the engine stopped, charged the battery air filter got wet, what are my options and how do you hand crank the engine

Remove all the spark plugs,crank it over to get all the water out,drain oil and filter, put in fresh oil,filter,air filter and plugs and see it if starts. you will need to change the oil again after it reaches temp. make sure it gets to temp to evaporate water, DO IT NOW don't want bearings in water that long.HURRY
