Hot air blows out my vent even though my
heater/AC is off. The temperature dial is on cold on
my 2001 dodge ram truck. I need help please!!

It sounds like the heater core bypass door is stuck closed. It should have been repaired on your first trip to the dealer. If it's under warranty, take it back. If you are paying the bill, take it to a independent shop that will fix the cause the first time around.
