2001 dodge ram

A friend of mine told me to pressure wash
underneath the hood of my 2001 Dodge Ram I did
not knowing better And afterwards it started
ideling rough.So I killedthe truck and went to
restart And had a hard time starting Can anybody
help me Out with what's wrong? I check spark
plugs they were all dry. I'm guessing maybe
something electrical.

I always too my to the pros to detail and let them wash inside. The task was performed in an area to enable everything to dry inside. It ran well after it was complete. Like Mark said. let it dry out. If it's in the garage put the heat on for a spell might still be a little unwelcome moisture.
