They make pre-bent brake lines from the dealer, you would be spending a lot of money that way, otherwise you can splice into a good section of brake line via compression fitting, and purchasing straight lengths of brake line that you would need a bending tool to make your bends back to the rear wheel cylinders. Then the system needs to be bled out.
