Truck won't start

Truck won't start after being flooded and i flushed
and dranied fluids out and put back in and still
won't start what do I need to do

ok..air, fuel, spark, timing~ one of these ain't right~ I'd start at the spark...pull a sparkplug and put a screwdriver into the socket to check for spark~ see if there is a problem with coil power~ that's a start...your Spark~!

Find out why it flooded if you mean by fuel, possibly stuck injectors or shorted ECM. if it flooded by water you may have damaged the engine internally, remove the spark plugs, unplug the ignition coils and disable the fuel pump by removing the fuel pump relay, crank over the engine and allow the cylinders to blow everything out, if you don't hear anything abnormal add just a little oil to each cylinder, then run a compression test, hopefully all the cylinders will read close to the same number, if not time for an engine tear down, if they are then put in new plugs, make sure the air intake filters are clean, reconnect the fuel and ignition and see if it will fire off, if not then comes the very hard part as to finding what electronics got damaged when it got wet.
