2001 dodge ram 1500 not firing

this truck was running fine and just died one day while driving. now it will turn over but not fire. crank shaft sensor, camshaft sensor, distribitor cap and rotor have been replaced. fuel pump was also replaced due to low pressure on rail. noticed that the wire going into the coil does not stay a constant 12 volts. what am i missing????

I replaced coil,crank sensor, cam sensor rotor button and discribator cap still no fire .
