Not starting on first try could it be the o2 sensor

All of a sudden it takes two cranks to start truck
could this be the o2 sensor

more likely fuel coming up for prime try key on key off key on then crank start

O2 sensor won't have much to do with it starting.

02 sensor won't cause that,the vehicle starts in a cold start mode and doesn't take in sensor values at leased from 02 untill it reaches 600 deg
