Truck wont start

Ive changed the spark plugs the crankshaft postion
sensor on my dodge an it will turn over but wont
fire up completely an run all it does is back fire
what could it

Could have jumped timing, if you have not messed with that. Try some starting fluid if it won't start while you are spraying it and cracking that is probably it. But if it does run while you are spaying it is in the fuel supply and most likely the fuel pump, which is in the tank; you could try hitting the bottom of the tank with a hammer to jar the pump free (actually works some times) but not hard enough to dent it. This is not a permanent fix, you will need a new pump eventually, but if it frees it up at least you have ID'd the problem.
