99 dodge ram starts but dies

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 5.2 i bought
needing a computer. I picked a new
computer out of the same year same exact
set up ram and now it will start run a few
seconds then die. Starts everytime
sometimes it will run 3 seconds sometimes
10 seconds. Im leaning towards crankshaft
sensor or iac or both. Has great fuel
pressure has great spark. Im stumped

The security system has to be reset to match the vehicle and the chip in the keys. Bad news is only the dealer can do this.
