The motor is under the plastic cover right infront of windshield between hood (when closed) you'll need to remove wipers and they are just spring loaded. Few tabs for the cover. Once you pull that off that will be your motor. Although I'm not sure that would be the issue for the fuses. Did you check all the wiring?
