Power steering pump

I have a 98 dodge ram 1500  was out playing in the
snow in a parking lot  doing some donuts then the
steering went out. No winding from the pump but
now when I turn the wheel power steering fluid  
comes out of the reservoir cap

You broke something, possibly in the steering mechanism or the tie rods.
