I have an 1997 dodge ram 1500 2wd 318 and I had
the transmission. Rebuilt but I'm needing a torque
converter and I was wanting g to know if it's an
46re or what

Check your build sheet in your glovebox or your VIN# will have the tranny listed on it. It'll take a little online research, but easily done.
