1997 dodge ram starts but wont drive or reverse

I tried to clean the IAC. Truck idles fine now and RPM jump when I step on the
gas but it doesnt seem to be shirting and wont move.

Shifting! Sorry... It starts & idles, won't shift or move forward or reverse. You press on the gas, it revs but nothing. Has a few times on occasion just stopped & died while driving. Seems to have shifting issues more so when it's cold
